Meet Jay Holland

Originally from the east coast, Jay served on active duty in the USMC as a Non-Commissioned Officer for 5 years between 1994 and 1999. After being stationed all around the world, Jay made Colorado his permanent home in 1997. He began practicing real estate full time in 2000. Jay was the #1 RE/MAX Agent at the #1 RE/MAX Office in all of North America in 2015 and 2016 before leaving RE/MAX to start LISTINGS.COM in 2017. Over the course of Jay’s 19 year career, he has closed over +1800 residential real estate transactions totaling more than $550,000,000.00 in sales.

In 2005 Jay started a property management company now under the Listings.com brand and is managing a residential portfolio worth +$90,000,000 with over +280 single units. To date, Jay has successfully executed over +2500 leases with an average vacancy rate of .03%, the lowest for any property management company in Colorado.

Meet The Team

Stacey Pemberton

Operations Manager

In addition to having a Colorado real estate license, Stacey has 20+ years of real estate experience starting as a marketing assistant, REO Foreclosure Asset Manager, Closer, and Title processor. Stacey supervises all of the programs, records, scheduling, and oversees every department for the Holland Team. She is an integral part of every Holland Team client relationship and every single transaction. Stacey is also a licensed notary.

Lauren Hergenrother

Lauren joined the Holland Team in 2017. She is originally from California, but Colorado is where her heart is. She has over 10 years of experience in accounting, management, and customer service. Lauren is in charge of the rental contract management for the Holland Team and is responsible for all of the rental agreements, leases, and property management contracts, and all the rental and landlord paperwork. She also supervises rent collection and rent reconciliation every month. She is also a notary.

Jessi Kelly

Marketing Coordinator
Jessi's duties include the critical job of marketing and advertising all of the Holland Team Listings, both For Sale and For Rent. Jessi is also in charge of the Holland Team's Social Media accounts, and our Internet presence.Hailing from the east coast, a graduate from University of Georgia, Jessi grew up in her family's real estate business in the Atlanta area and brings a wealth of real estate experience to our team.

Brandy's dynamic role with the Holland Team varies from administrative tasks, customer service, and external communication. You'll hear from Brandy when she checks in to make sure your repair went ok, when updating your contact information, or inviting you to one of many Holland Team events, among other times.

John Mengelos

John proudly served as a US Marine from 1993-1999. Following his service, John excelled in a successful career with a large global telecommunication vendor for 22 years. John concluded the last 11 years of his career as the West's Region Account Executive for the world's largest telecommunication provider. John has been an avid real estate investor for 15+ years and brings a wealth of high level sales expertise, contract negotiation, and investing to the team. In addition to being a licensed associate, John also assists with project management and business development.

Christy Johnson

Maintenance Coordinator

Christy joined our team in 2022 and along with Kendra she schedules maintenance operations. She is also responsible for the accuracy of all maintenance records. Christy coordinates maintenance activities with tenants, vendors, employee handymen, and our owner clients. Prior to joining the Holland Team, Christy was the maintenance coordinator for a large HOA management company in Denver.

Lisa Sutherland

Lisa joined the Holland Team in 2022 with over 20 years of experience in high level accounting and bookkeeping. Lisa has significant prior experience supporting property management companies, and has also worked with several large scale companies' accounting departments. Most recently, Lisa was a Project Accountant and Billing Coordinator at an international corporation. Lisa's main responsibilities include all aspects of accounting for our Property Management operation such as owner statements, and reconciling all of the tenant's deposits, rents, maintenance, and owner contributions. Lisa attained a degree in music from Boston College before starting her accounting career. Lisa is also a Colorado notary.

Lori Bristow

Billing Department

Hailing from Iowa, Lori joined the Holland Team's accounting department in 2022 after 25 years managing a highly successful dental practice as an office manager and bookkeeper. Lori's responsibilities for the Holland Team's property management operation include reconciling the expenses from the maintenance department, vendor payments, and company expenditures. She handles almost all of the accounts payable and accounts receivable for the team.

Alexia Aguilar

Leasing Department Assistant

Alexia joined the Holland Team in 2022 to assist our Leasing Department. A Colorado native, Alexia graduated from the prestigious Mullen High School and then worked at a local real estate office for two years in both their sales and leasing departments. She assists Lauren with leases, rent collection, and compliance issues.

Emily joined the Holland Team in 2022 after relocating back to Colorado from Maryland. A Colorado native, Emily moved to the east coast as a child and is excited to finally call Colorado home again. Emily supports the maintenance department assisting Kendra and Christy, communicating with HOA's, and is the Holland Team tenant liaison.

Brandon Bolander

Field Technician

Brandon joined the Holland Team early in 2021 after relocating to Colorado from Missouri. Brandon has over 12 years of maintenance, construction, and property remodeling experience. Prior to his time in Missouri, Brandon lived in Iowa and Illinois and proudly served our country in the United States Army on active duty as an enlisted Cannon Crewmember on the M109A6 155mm Self Propelled Howitzer weapon system. Brandon currently supports our maintenance department as a Field Technician and handles maintenance and repairs on our rented / leased properties as well as preparing homes for sale. Brandon also handles the majority of our property turnovers when tenants leave and new tenants move in.

Shane Faulk

Shane joined the Holland Team in 2022 with 20 years of experience as a handyman, field technician, and irrigation expert. Most recently, Shane worked at the Cherry Creek Country Club in Denver as their lead maintenance supervisor. Originally from California, Shane has lived in Colorado since 2002. Shane's role with the Holland Team is primarily handling sprinkler turn-ons, turn-offs, and managing landscaping projects. He also assists the maintenance department with other property maintenance needs.
