Meet Jay Holland
Originally from the east coast, Jay served on active duty in the USMC as a Non-Commissioned Officer for 5 years between 1994 and 1999. After being stationed all around the world, Jay made Colorado his permanent home in 1997. He began practicing real estate full time in 2000. Jay was the #1 RE/MAX Agent at the #1 RE/MAX Office in all of North America in 2015 and 2016 before leaving RE/MAX to start LISTINGS.COM in 2017. Over the course of Jay’s 19 year career, he has closed over +2000 residential real estate transactions totaling more than $750,000,000.00 in sales.
In 2005 Jay started a property management company now under the Listings.com brand and is managing a residential portfolio worth +$250,000,000 with over +350 single units. To date, Jay has successfully executed over +7500 leases with an average vacancy rate of .03%, the lowest for any property management company in Colorado.

Meet The Team
Stacey Pemberton
Operations Manager
In addition to having a Colorado real estate license, Stacey has 20+ years of real estate experience starting as a marketing assistant, REO Foreclosure Asset Manager, Closer, and Title processor. Stacey supervises all of the programs, records, scheduling, and oversees every department for the Holland Team. She is an integral part of every Holland Team client relationship and every single transaction. Stacey is also a licensed notary.
Ariel Daugherty
Leasing Department Manager
After attending Indiana University, she relocated to Silverthorne in 2015 to pursue the Colorado active, outdoor lifestyle. While working at the largest property management company in Summit County, Ariel increased rental revenues and became their top leasing agent. Ariel joined the Holland Team in 2019 as a Leasing Agent. In 2023, Ariel was promoted as our Leasing Department Manager and handles the rental contract management for the Holland Team. She is responsible for all rental agreements, leases, property management contracts, and rent collection.
Lauren Hergenrother
Leasing Department
Lauren joined the Holland Team in 2017. She is originally from California, but Colorado is where her heart is. She has over 17 years of experience in accounting, management, and customer service. Lauren is in charge of the rental contract management for the Holland Team and is responsible for all of the rental agreements, leases, and property management contracts, and all the rental and landlord paperwork. She also supervises rent collection and rent reconciliation every month. She is also a notary.
Lori Bristow
Accounting Department
Hailing from Iowa, Lori joined the Holland Team's accounting department in 2022 after 25 years managing a highly successful dental practice as an office manager and bookkeeper. Lori's responsibilities for the Holland Team's property management operation include reconciling the expenses from the maintenance department, vendor payments, and company expenditures. She handles all of the accounts payable and accounts receivable for the team.
Ruby Blomquist
Transaction Coordinator
Ruby is originally from Minnesota but grew up in Denver and is proud to call Colorado home. She is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and her primary duties as a part of the Holland Team are supporting every sales transaction, advertising all listings both For Sale and For Rent, as well as managing the Holland Team’s social media accounts.
Matt Conger
Maintenance Director
Matt proudly served as a US Marine from 1994-1999. Following his service, Matt excelled in a successful career with a large global telecommunication vendor for 20 years. Matt has lived in Colorado for over 20 years. He directs all of the Holland Team's maintenance activities with vendors, tenants, and owners. Matt and his wife, Melissa, enjoy spending time with their 4 children. When Matt isn’t working, he enjoys golfing and grilling barbecue with friends and family.
Gracie Nickle
Maintenance Coordinator
Gracie is a Colorado native, born and raised in the Denver metro area. Before joining the Holland Team in 2024, Gracie double majored in Marketing and International Business at West Texas A&M University and completed her Bachelor’s degree in 2023. Her primary duties are coordinating maintenance efforts for all of our rental properties and communicating with tenants and landlords.
Casey Sanger
Leasing Department Admin
Casey relocated to Colorado in 2015 and is now a dedicated Leasing Administrator at the Holland Team. Casey’s background is in new construction home sales, working for the largest residential builder in Colorado. She excels in facilitating smooth interactions between property owners and tenants, all while delivering exceptional customer service.
Lauren Bumgarner
Leasing Department Admin
Lauren is originally from Southern California and has lived in Colorado since 2020. A trained opera singer, Lauren can be seen on stages around Colorado, including with Opera Colorado as part of their elite chorus. Off stage, she has held numerous administrative and leadership roles working in retail, academics, and financing spheres. She has a Master and Bachelor degree in music performance from Colorado State University and UC Santa Cruz. With the Holland Team, she supports our leasing department with administrative matters.
Jordan Arellano
Broker Associate, Licensed Agent
Jordan is a Colorado Native, born and raised in Pueblo. Before moving to Denver in 2015, he completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management at CSU Pueblo. Jordan joined the Holland Team in 2019 with a strong background in sales. Jordan returned to Pueblo in 2021 to launch our Pueblo office. You can find Jordan at your local corn-hole tournaments when he isn’t helping our Buyers and Sellers with their real estate needs, or touring potential investment opportunities. Jordan runs the Holland Team’s residential real estate business in Southern Colorado.
Pete Temple
Broker Associate, Licensed Agent
Pete has over 12 years of experience as a licensed agent doing both residential sales and leasing in the Denver metro area. Pete’s passion for real estate began shortly after college where he created a portfolio of over 20 properties that he owned in New York. Prior to joining the Holland Team, Pete worked for a national hedge fund where he successfully oversaw the purchase, inspections, marketing, and renting of over $100m of Denver and Colorado Springs residential real estate. Pete supports the Holland Team for both leasing properties and doing residential sales in the Denver metro area.
Angelica Duenas
Broker Associate, Licensed Agent
Angelica has over 8 years of experience in the real estate industry. Starting her career in multi-family leasing, Angelica transitioned into single family and then eventually sales . Angelica relocated to Colorado nearly 10 years ago and enjoys exploring the mountains and playing disc golf in her free time. Angelica supports leasing and residential sales for buyers and sellers the Denver metro area.
